Ooo shin splints suck… Make sure ur icing them alot. Best way to do that is take a Styrofoam cup, fill with water, put in freezer, once frozen rip of the end and ice ur shin up and down. Also tapping ur shins will help the bone and muscle from separating causing that pain.
